How Infrared Heaters Work

Kelray Infrared heaters produce a radiant heat that heats objects in front of the heater, rather than the air. The heat does dissipate further away from the heater, so selecting mounting position within range of the selected model is crucial. Overhead mounts offer the most even distribution of heat, while Angled mounts can be mounted at lower heights and can offer a variance of warmer and cooler zones.

The coverage of the heater is as follows:

Mounting Height on a side wall : 2m to 2.7m

Comfortable Coverage : 2.5m x 2.5m

Mounting Height if directly overhead :  2.8 to 3.2m

Comfortable Coverage : 2.5m x 2.5m 

The I-20 heaters come with a 2m cable and plug and can be installed through any standard 10Amp power point.

Mounting brackets for the Heater box are included.

This heater is available in the natural 316 stainless steel. Corrosion Free and durable and very modern.
